The financial advantage enjoyed by the super PACs and other organizations backing Mitt Romney seems formidable -- until you look at how they're wasting their money. Mostly, they're just passing the money around to their cronies in advertising, printing, telemarketing and media to spread incoherent ravings like this that may fire up the base but do little to sway swing voters in swing states. And it shows in Mitt Romney's plummeting ratings in the polls.
