Indeed.

Another nail in the Republicans' coffin: the 2007-09 financial crisis cost the country $14 trillion! Yes, trillion.

This is from a report from the Dallas, Texas Federal Reserve.

That's roughly equal to at least one year of U.S. gross domestic product.

Free market. Meh.

Of course, the Republicans will continue to foment faux anger and outrage. Sooner or later, their "blame the victim" game will be seen for what it is. I think more people are seeing it all the time.
